We will send your order as fast as possible. Shipping/Handling times are roughly, Europe 1 week, Outside Europe 2-3 weeks. In extreme cases shipping to Outisde Europe can take a long as 6 weeks.

We ship wordwide. The webshop warehouse is located in Germany.

We have a fixed shipping fee that varies slightly depending on where in the world you want the order shiped to: 5 EUR in Germany, 8 EUR in EU, 10 EUR Europe non-EU and 13 EUR worldwide. No matter how much you order. So it's cheaper to put together a larger order ;)

We accept VISA+Mastercard+Paypal. In the nordics you can also pay with direct bank transfer and invoice through Payson and Klarna.

You can pay with any currency it will convert automatically when you make your payment. You can also see a currency conversion between the most common currencis in the checkout before you pay for your order.

Return informations:
14 days return without any need for a reason as to why you want to return the product. We will refund your purchase incl our shipping fee to you. You need to pay for the return shipment. We will refund your money after we have recieved the return. After 14 days your return time runs out.

Warranty whitin EU: You can still make a claim of a faulty product after the 14 first days have passed. This will be considered upon praxis and it needs to be clear that the problem was there from the start. If it is a transport related damage pls document the packaging BEFORE you open it. Thank you.

Vi tillämpar 14 dagars ångerrätt enligt lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler (SFS 2005:59). Du behöver inte ange något skäl till varför du vill återsända varan. Vi återbetalar din kostnad för köpet inkl frakt från oss till dig. Du står för retur frakten av varan till oss. Återbetalningen sker efter att vi mottagit din retur. Efter dessa 14 dagar löper ångerfristen ut. Du kan fortfarande reklamera trasig / skadad vara enligt reklammatins praxis. Tänk på att om paketet du får ser skadad ut så dokumentera detta innan du öppnar det. Tack!
